Put your favorite song on looks like a radio but it sounds like a tv and we should all congratulate her on her amazing ability to not fall and we should complain when the audio changes and we should complain when the movie star sounds like a tv. Sounds like what we need is a friend on the inside of a magazine. Sounds like a recipe for a suicide but in the end it seems alright. Going to find a new place international. All for love; to fall in love. And, I'm going to keep a picture of my home nation to fall in love.
So these are the miracles of modern post-progressive rock music! With remarkable ease, and obviously without pressure, they span the arc from alternative rock to classical chamber music - two genres that might have seemed - ahem - incompatible so far. A really fun album full of Zappa-isms, hard rockin' grooves and psych freakouts, always keeping you guessing as to where it'll go. In the case of Salidas simples, that includes a full-on Muffin Man reprise around the 5:50 mark. Great guitar playing. Smekermann
Another devastatingly beautiful batch of indie rock confessionals from Ontario singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Linnea Siggelkow. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 28, 2024
The London band's new album is a vibrant postcard from southern Italy, boosted by brass, strings, and pizzica percussion from local players. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 14, 2024
We'll see if Dan Britton will be able to conclude his ambiguous concept of 7 interweaving albums but so far, he fails to disappoint. So. Lunarians is the other sub-tier (?)/parent (??) album to Oceanarium (the other one was Heliotians)... Whatever, the music is great again :-) Carsten Pieper
